C'est la Vie
Neo-Rio says: Pacman crossed with a mini stock simulation, taxation, lending, and mortgages. It's actually quite fun. The aim is to finish up with a high score, but you'll probably have fun trying to pick up all the money.

Mugsy's Revenge
Neo-Rio says: I quite liked this "prohibition" styled mobster management game. It's tricky but very playable. There's even a shoot'em up sequence in there which keeps it from being stale.

Zork I - The Great Underground Empire
Jimbo says: This game is still hailed as one of the best text adventures of all time. Infocom's masterpiece is gripping, absorbing, addictive, and it has a great language parser! Go hunt for that treasure!
|
Sleepwalker
Neo-Rio says: A platforming puzzle game. As a trusty hound, you must ensure that your sleepwalking master doesn't do himself in as he makes his nightly rounds. Should be a tough challenge!
|
Swap
Neo-Rio says: This is a good puzzle game which is easy to play, but difficult to master. Definitely fun nevertheless.
|
Dandy
Neo-Rio says: Gauntlet was actually a rip-off of this game, not the other way around. Dandy is, however, not all that dandy (pun intended). It's playable but bugged, thanks to the 11th hour software salvage...

Lady Tut
Neo-Rio says: Another Apple][ port on the C64. It's a fun game, but becomes even more so when you find the gun in it.
|
Streets of London
Neo-Rio says: What a ridiculous text adventure game! Silly jokes, a near unfathomable map, and the chance to mug old ladies for the bus fare are all part of your journey to find the Holy Grail in modern day London!
|
Space Rescue
Neo-Rio says: You've played lunar lander before, right? Well this has to be the penultimate version. It's one thing to land your lander, another thing entirely to find the pad!
