Smurfen
Neo-Rio says: C64 rip-off of the old Atari game... playable but fondly remembered for the Michael Jackson "Billy Jean" SID music cover!
Space Taxi
Michael Plate says: One of the first games using a digitized voice. The simple but addicting game idea was used for different remakes on other platforms.
Metron
Neo-Rio says: This is not the best game ever, but it's really playable. Collect powerups, destroy large ships and save the galaxy.
Panther
Jimbo says: The 1st thing that hits you in this game is the thumping Dave Whittaker soundtrack. The 2nd thing that hits you is the urge to play it over and over again!
Speedball
Neo-Rio says: The original Speedball was a really great 2 player game, with fast action and the ability to slam your opponents down. As far as 2 player sports games go, it's top-notch. Only thing better than this is the sequel!
Terra Cresta
Neo-Rio says: One of the better upwards scrolling shootemups on the C64. It was a joy to load from tape too... it had that wonderful Ocean Loader music.
Train, The - Escape to Normandy
Matt Larsen says: Accolade really knew how to combine action and adventure. Not only do you get to drive a train, but there is enough action and scene changes to keep you coming back even 20 years later!
Hard'n'Heavy
Neo-Rio says: An unofficial "sequel" to Giana Sisters, this game is just as addictive and playable, although the gameplay differs slightly... just in case Giana Sisters wasn't enough for you.
Burger Time
Neo-Rio says: An oldie but goodie clone of the arcade game for our Commodores. Just playing it makes me hungry.
