GB64 Recommended Games...

Knight Games
Neo-Rio says: Not as good as IK, but still a really fun game when you're playing someone else. There are six fighting events, so there's variety - and two shooting galleries for good measure.

Retrograde
Neo-Rio says: Another great game. A cross between "Defender" and "Forgotten Worlds". The graphics and gameplay don't disappoint... the only thing you'll regret is a sore fire button finger!

Mothership
Neo-Rio says: Don't laugh. I really liked this game when I first played it back in the 80s. A joke these days, but it's a nostalgic trip for me when I play it.

Hacker II - The Doomsday Papers
Neo-Rio says: Your expert hacking skills are required again to remotely control robots and splice security footage so that you can escape with the enemy plans without being detected. A unique experience to be played with the lights out!

Plural
Neo-Rio says: Another fantastic side-scrolling blaster game. This game will really work your fire button.

Java Jim in Square Shaped Trouble
Neo-Rio says: Java Jim looks like it was made by someone who did too much acid. That doesn't stop it being a weird, but fun game. You have to dig up artifcats (all of the same type) and sell them to buy ship pieces.

Mail Order Monsters
J2003C says: M.O.M. takes Archon into the realm of an RPG. Customize your monsters, fight when strong, run when weak and you'll always be coming back for more.

Rick Dangerous
Neo-Rio says: Before they went on and did Tomb Raider, CORE designs came out with this platformer. A real playable platforming gem, complete with Tomb Raider style booby-traps!

180
graveyardjohn says: The best darts simulation I've ever seen (but then, that doesn't say much does it?). Get three treble twenties to hear the immortal '180' announcement, though you'll need a nine dart finish to be able to beat 'Jammy Jim' in the final!
