Lords of Midnight
Neo-Rio says: This game is not for the impatient, cause the map and game is very big indeed. It's a classic graphical adventure game, and if you have the patience you'll find this game rewarding.

Cobra
Neo-Rio says: Lame, unfair, and buggy game of a lame movie, but strangely playable with nice music. Here's a hint: When you get the machine gun, fire it and switch back to using knives. Note how much faster they can be thrown now - with unlimited ammo.

Ronald Rubberduck
Neo-Rio says: This budget game had an interesting feature... it was partly written in BASIC and you could check out the listing! Other than that, the game is quite fun, challenging, and frustrating!
|
Repton III
Neo-Rio says: A classic series on the BBC micro, the C64 only got to see the last and greatest in the series. Complete with construction kit!
|
Garrison
Neo-Rio says: Oh, how I like Gauntlet clones! This one's not too bad - but a bit flawed from the abundance of demons on every level. You can have up to 3 players at once in this one, so someone better get used to the keyboard!
|
5th Gear
Neo-Rio says: This game is like playing with a remote control car. A little frustrating at times, but addictive enough to keep you coming back to it.
|
Goonies, The
Jimbo says: Clever little game where you control 2 characters and have to work them as a team. It's not easy, so good luck finishing it without cheating!
|
Chuck Yeager's Advanced Flight Trainer
Neo-Rio says: This is without a doubt, THE best flight simulator on the C64. Not only is the game in polygon 3D, but you get to have plane races and perform trick manoeuvers like a test-pilot.

Choplifter
Pugsy says: One of the first great games on the C64, and one of the few home computer games to get converted to the arcade.
