GB64 Recommended Games...

Marble Madness
graveyardjohn says: A very good conversion, but to think I bought this on cassette and put up with the atrocious multi-load! Make sure you play the disk version!

Wavy Navy
Neo-Rio says: Roll up and down the waves while blasting the planes out of the sky. It's like space invaders, but with the annoyance of the waves, and the mines and missiles that can hit you if you don't ride the waves correctly.

E-Motion
graveyardjohn says: Make the matching atoms collide in your 'Thrust/Asteroids'-style controlled ship. Can be infuriatingly addictive, as collisions between wrong atoms can create even more atoms to get rid of.

Master of the Lamps
graveyardjohn says: 3D on the Commodore? Well, sort of. Fly through the hoops and reach the genie, before doing it again. Great fun in short bursts.

Echelon
J2003C says: This isn't a great flight sim, but is an ok shoot'em up. Better to play the puzzle/exploration part of the game and find the clues to reveal the secret of the planet, which can take several days to complete.

Crime and Punishment
Neo-Rio says: Here, you are a very angry (and very green) judge who must decide on appropriate punishments for virtual criminals. Here's your chance to give the death penalty to jaywalkers.

IK+
Mayhem says: The best fighting game on the C64, and one of the best ever. Three fighters ups the ante and the bonus game is cunning enough to reward those skillful to defeat it. Even better than classic now you can have 3 humans in the action with the hack that is available.

Stormlord
Neo-Rio says: An immensely beautiful platform game, with some great music and playability. A bit frustrating at times, but not enough to keep you coming back.

Telengard
Neo-Rio says: Telengard is just one of the early classic RPGs that you can keep playing almost to infinity (and nearly had me doing). Watch those wraiths and specters, they'll nick your exeprience levels!
