Hello,
I share with you my gamebases I made last years (WII,Gamecube,Play station 2,PC HD games) :
But,
- They are far from being perfect (miss a lot of covers,screenshots and details)
- far from being completed (except PC HD)
- No games
But maybe it can interest some of you (maybe to continue them?).
Here are the links (PS2 in 3 files) :

alrighty, bro
in fact I disabled the PAL60 and playing is still comfortable
I'm adding screenshots/boxes/covers for Favourite games (WII only) and adding ciso/wbfs files for the best games ONLY Including Newer Super Mario Bros, excellent piece of shit

PAL60 (EuRGB60):
This can be set since dolphin 4.0-6794 and won't work with previous revisions.
edit the game ini in notepad and add this.
code is case sensitive
"pal60 = false" wont work.
"PAL60 = False" ok.

Not sure if there is a global ini file you can use, or you need to use the one assigned for each game in...
Dolphin/Data/Sys/GameSettings/
The Gamebase will need the GEMUS editing for every game you wish to configure via script.
example: Legend of Zelda, The - Ocarina of Time - Master Quest
gameini=D43E01
then a script could be made to edit the %gameini_value% with your options.
if only 3 games use nunchuck then only those 3 ini files need to be edited with your saved controller profile settings.
