Can't Get Gamebase to install!

I 'm running Vista and i have installed all the necessary files under (administrative privileges) . I have installed it under C:\ and not in program files (which i did try that also). Whenever I click on the GB icon it says Gamebase has stopped working>. I have installed and uninstalled at least 5 times. Still the same thing. I made sure that I installed VBrun60 also. Any ideas???

hi Bruce,

first off, are you using the latest full version (v1.3) of gamebase?.

if the error says "Not responding..."

you could be using a v1.3 MDB file with Gamebase v1.2,
or you have a corrupt MDB file.

Use the GameBase Toolbox v1.3 to scan and fix errors in the .MDB file.



I would guess the GameBase installer is NOT the problem.
Unless your hard drive is corrupt.
