bugged? : Wooden Ships and Iron Men

I have problems trying to reload on this game.
Please confirm if it is a bug on the game or a failure of emulation.
I used VICE and CCS64 with same results

Thanks.

This game requires True Drive Emulation (or Load Normal in CCS64) for the game to save/load properly. Any games you saved without TDE on will not load. Thanks for the info.

Maybe I confused you.
What happens is as follows: I fire my broadside, and unload the guns, then if I try to reload the guns, the game colapse.
I use tru emulationon VICE and normal load on CCS64

Thanks in advance.

I can confirm the game on GB64 is bugged: it crashes in the 'reload guns' phase. (on real hardware as well) The same bug appears in the 'cracked' versions on CSDb. Not sure what causes it, but since the version on GB64, as well as the versions on CSDb are just 1:1 copies of the original, I am guessing the crash is caused by a copy protection. Need a proper 1:1 copy from the original or the original itself to find out. If anyone has access to this: please let me know!
