i love how the gemus script works with vice, fabulous
i don't suppose anybody has time on their hands to do a script for XVic ?
i'm sure it's beyond me.. memory addresses etc...
wishful thinking perhaps !

The problem with XVic is that you have to manually enter a key (or keys) for each game that identifies the memory expansion size. So you need to enter something like mem=0k, 8k, 16k, 32k, etc. This makes the Vic20 a little tricky, but doable. I don't ahve the time (or interest) to do it right now.

ok would you only need to enter that information once for each game ?
as for your time and interest, fair enough - maybe you would be inspired if someone tried to do a small database for the vic... but that day is not here yet ! cheers

well, it didn't work - at least not for me. did mem=16k for a vic single load game, no joy
i think the vic would be more difficult to do a gemus script for, carts are inserted in different memory addresses, some of them need to be reset etc.. bit tough
works great with single load unexpanded games, but no use for anything else - what a shame
