poke 43,.:poke44,64 means you have to poke 0 in 16383 NOT 16384.
If it worked for you, it was out of luck only, because you already had $3fff=0

I'm sure you understand that's better not to rush things. Do one release less, take your time but keep the quality high. No one needs a rushed and bugged release. There is NO "first release" or "quantity" competition on the oldies rereleases, at least I don't know anyone interested in such things. Instead is cool, for me at least, to provide the shortest version with every possibile extras.
I admit I acted childish, but when I see such errors I can't resist and write before thinking.
