I have created an archived version of the lastest version of the Gamebase ZX including all the supported games which i got from Hillel Rosen. It can be found on the Edonkey/Emule network when i'm online, the file is called GameBase ZX complete 08082006.

To download the gamebase in smaller chunks, use gbzx in the emule/edonkey search engine to recieve a list of the needed archive files

e.g
gbzx speccygames.zip (all needed game files)
gbzx screenshots.zip (all needed screenshots) etc

I am now downloading/sharing the existing complete file..
I have about 20% complete, and when I get 100% I will leave it shared for as long as I can (prob a few weeks).

Great Job!

Im trying to download both the complete and the individual packages, and will keep sharing them afterwards too. Im 24/7 on eMule.

Incidentally, the downloads are stalled for the last couple days, Im still at 22% of the complete pack. Stay online folks!

getting there!
I will leave them up for a few weeks once I have them as my emule is on 24/7, and I am on a 2mb leased line at work.

regards,
Arthur.

More than happy to share these, can't seem to find the complete package on emule though.

walkthrough, speccygames, screenshots, maps, instructions, database, & codes are the smaller parts that are available, should there be any more?

Cheers

No, you have all the "individual" original packages.

The original complete file is called "GameBase ZX complete 08082006.rar", 455.09 Mb, and Im sharing it 24/7 on emule.

Norman

there is no install
only the files you have which needs to be put where you want and then to change the gamebase accordinly so it will see the files
this is the last version before the final release which will take some time.
thx all for sharing and distrebuting the database

Cheers m8 - i had done that - was just looking to make it a little easier for some of my less PC literate m8's.

Are there any other sources like Torrents or Usenet as ED2K I thought was dying out?
