Yes, thanks, indeed. Great work, mad. Nice to have a SNES gamebase now.

This is why I started a new Super GameBase project based on the No-intro set.
Music is using the naming standard from snesmusic.org and screenshots from No-intro screenshot archive.

I asked at the No-Intro forum and was told to send a message via email with details on the project, keep your fingers crossed. :)
Otherwise I have a long and tedious task of making screenshots ahead of me. :|

Anyway, 766 games done so far.

Hello!
I have downloaded all the files 'hardmanm' linked in his post on aug21
However when I run clrmamepro with the datfile and point out my complete no-intro set,
I only get like 200+ roms correct
Same problem as 'oknihcap' had.
On Sep18 '.mad' posted something about an update.
That update seemed to help 'oknihcap'
That's great '.mad' but.....
Where are the files ?
i.e. How do I download them ?

Hi s016aq,

Use .MAD's batch file with the Goodset collection.

Retroplay is busy making an alternative Gamebase using the no-intro set.

Just to let you know, the guys from the No-Intro Screenshot Archive are pretty busy ATM with RL. I think chances are good that you may use them, as long as you credit them properly.
BTW, I'm redumping my games there and provide full cart/box/manual/pcb scans in the Redumps forum. It just started, but I will add more the next weeks. Feel free to use them, there pretty good (300dpi).
Good luck on your excellent project!

Cheers, alcoatjez

Cool. 8)

Are all your scans/dumps going to be (J) or do also have some (U) stuff?

Also is there a "no-intro manual scan database" somewhere? I am always looking for new manual scans. :D

The No-Intro Screenshot Archive is planning on releasing boxarts/cartscans/manuals and probably PCBs for all systems. Problem is there still is a lot of work to do.
Most of my games are European, some USA and some Japanese.

That's great news, it saves you a lot of work. Once again, good luck on this project :)
