do you know this cat????

Hey everybody... there is a game i used to play when i was a child, it is about a cat that wears a white t-shirt with a big red "H" on it... in the game the first phases enemie are some little yellow creatures that whistle on you, the when you die you brake in lots of pieces... there are some water slides in the phases(that curiously go up sometimes...) , ïnstead of coins, you got to pick up fleece balls...
but here is the point...
DOES ANYBODY KNOWS THE NAME OF THIS GAME??????
