How can I save my Favorites

Now that I am going through 15000 games and creating my old classics as favorites, how can I save and export that file, incase I need to format my machine?

save the file gbc.mdb from the gamebase/gbc folder, and once everything is reinstalled copy it back and it should work perfectly afaik, i normally just copy the entire gb64 folder over to my spare hd so i don't have to worry about it

Yes, storing the MDB file will do the job. The information about favourites is saved in the games and SIDs tables.
