I'm really trying to get this running, and it just ain't happening. I've tried various installs, including the Rapidshare/Megaupload links, and I've also tried following the Action Max guide posted on Pleasuredome, downloading Daphne and Singe separate. Currently I'm trying to run the latest posted by mcx997. The parsing took place the first time I tried running this thing several installs ago, so now it doesn't parse, even when I start a new install. Instead, it starts right up, and goes into the video. It looks fine at first, but I can't play for more than a minute before it crashes. I get a few shots off, and then it crashes, giving me the windows crash message. It then takes another minute before the computer becomes usable again. I downloaded the videos from Pleasuredome. Has anybody gotten this to work properly? Is there some way of getting it to parse the videos again? Maybe the parsing went wrong? The first time I started it and the parsing began, it froze when my firewall popped up and asked for internet access. By the time I said ok, daphne crashed. Could that have messed everything up?

By the way, it doesn't run on it's own any better, so it doesn't seem to be related to gamebase. The first 2 installs were not working either, and I hadn't even installed the gamebase yet. Gamebase starts the games up ok.

Also, the big round red alert thing in the right corner isn't round, but rather sort of egg-shaped, like squished in slightly. Is that the same for everybody else? It's very annoying, because it's obviously supposed to be completely round.

oknihcap:the files from mcx997 work fine for me!!!Just make sure two things:

A)if you are using windows 7(i use 64bit edition) right click daphne.exe select properties compatibility and then tick the box "run in compatibility mode" for windows xp service pack 3

B)Place the video files inside Action Max\Emulator & Games\singe\ActionMax if you get a notice to replace some files just replace them(only the m2v files are missing all the others are already there!thanks mcx997).DO NOT just point to an other games folder in gamebase paths as i first did!Gamebase will find the games but singe will not! The video files must be in that folder!So in gamebase paths just use the above path!

That should do it, the video files should be parced well! You might get error in one game after playing for a while,an exception error,i don't remember which one i think sonic fury but that must be a emulator problem dunno.Anyway most of the time i played i had no problems!

Well, I guess I'm giving up on this one. I'm running XP SP3, and all my folders are set up correctly. It just doesn't run for more than a minute, tops. I get a few shots off, then - crash. Every game. The audio sync is also way, way off. I hit P to pause, and then unpause, but it makes little to no difference in the sync, and if it does improve, it falls way off again within seconds. The audio is never totally in sync. I don't know what's wrong, but it looks like this one just doesn't want to work for me.

Managed to pick up a boxed one of these from a car boot today in really good condition. Only thing is the video tape has been replaced by a DVD but really still a good find.

I have game Time Traveler, unavailable in this Gamebase.

Here: https://www.daphne-emu.com:9443/phpBB3/ ... php?t=2746
is info that this game works with Singe.

Is this possible to anyone to modify Gamebase Action Max and make playable Time Traveler with it ?

I would like to do it (if possible), but I see some necessary files with .singe extension (example):
gameID = "Hydrosub2021"
lengthIntro = 354
lengthGame = 28464
lengthMenu = 96
backgroundFrame = 4622
highThreshold = 127
lowThreshold = 20
sensorTop = 182
sensorLeft = 282
sensorX = 312
sensorY = 205
dofile("singe/ActionMax/Emulator.singe")

don't know how to create such file for Time Traveler

If anyone wants to update GB Action Max with this game, Time Traveler uploaded:

Time Traveller is not an Action Max game though ? It's an arcade game - I think the only game missing from Gamebase Action Max is Fright Night.

I do not have the available space to store the movie files on my MEGA account.

If you can find alternative download links, i can upload the GB setup.

Just because it's you... I deleted some stuff from the drive.

The games will take approx 10 hours to upload (at my speed).
so you will get it in a few days, if my connection holds out. ;)

I don't know who give thanks to. Well, thanks both. :D
Hey .mad. How many GB of roms are we talking about? It has been impossible for me to found any link to the games.
As far as I'm concerned, I will upload a new (I guess) humble gamebase this week.

Just the GB without the images would be ok for me .mad. - unless you found the unreleased "Fright Night" game.

Just in case, any link for games, OX?
And already to ask, wouldn't you have out there Casio PV-1000 or PV-2000 gamebases (or both)?
Thanks.
