Now calm down chaps here... it'll be ready when it's ready Bobeck. Until then, you're probably just going to have to be patient.

I don't think bluemsx will support cas auto run, even when mounting cas files with the emu gui, you still have to type BLOAD"CAS:",R or whatever the command was, my memory is a little rusty, what i mean to say is the gui itself doesn't autorun cas files :( , and iirc i can't think of a msx emu that does :? , but blue msx is probably the best msx emu around, are there a lot of cas files available? or were you going to add them to the extras tab like the gb64 team did??

Sorry the above post was me, forgot to login, anyway just had a thought, does bluemsx support save states, if so how about autorunning a save state with the cas file attached and running? if not, slap me for being silly

It would be great for someone to do a MSX gamebase, i would have liked to do one, but have the Atarigamebase to do which is huge. Good luck if you do decide to start one, i sure people will help if you have trouble with the GEMUS scripts.

hi Lord Kelevar,

i had started work on MSX gamebase myself,
but somehow i have been drawn into a Spectrum one.
so i can create a MSX romcenter file with almost all the games.
based on a TOSEC Collection. (Bad dumps removed)
MSX1
MSX2
MSXTurbo
MSX Compilations
both Disk and ROM images (no Tapes)

which will save you a month of entering all that data.

just leaving you
Screen dumps to take and Programmers/ Company names to enter.

here is a link to my MSX1 ROM Gamebase
all roms, dates, company entered
but no screens as yet.

i will send you the Dats soon.
